Recent Activity Welcome to Mrs. Hunter's homepage. I hope that you will find it interesting and informative as we go through the year.
I have been teaching at Lake Ridge Elementary School since 2001. Before that time, my role at Lake Ridge was that of parent and substitute teacher. My husband, daughters, and I have lived in our community since 1984. I earned an undergraduate degree in Education from Marymount College and a postgraduate degree in Reading from Texas Tech University. My teaching experience has been in second and third grade.
Our classroom is a busy place with new ideas being shared and learned. The diversity of students and their personalities compliment each other and bring us together as we work toward our daily goals. We also have a lot of fun and laughs!
